In addition, the program gives me an opportunity to complete residency being a well trained and confident physician in any environment.

Why ACMC? I felt an overwhelming sense of community amongst the residents and attendings. I also loved that it was a level I trauma center near the city of Chicago.

2. Kate- She would kick zombie butt with her Peurto Rican passion

 I chose ACMC because of the proximity to home which is Chicago. In addition, the residents seemed happy and friendly during my interview. ACMC is a good teaching hospital, with diverse patient population with the opportunity to see diverse pathology.  In addition, ACMC did not have fellows at the time of my application process and so I saw it as an opportunity to learn directly from the attendings and do procedures if needed. Looking back I am happy I chose ACMC for my residency
